Five-Star Matchups


Haverford at Franklin & Marshall (Volleyball)
It figures to be the biggest match of the Conference volleyball season as a pair of CC unbeatens square off in Lancaster. Haverford (4-0 CC, 18-2), three-time Centennial champion, is ranked 20th in the country. Franklin & Marshall (5-0, 18-3), winner of four Conference titles, has won 12 of its last 13 matches - all by 3-0 sweeps. The two teams are 1-2 in the CC in hitting percentage, while the Diplomats lead the Centennial in team blocks. The Salvo sisters - Rebecca (3.51) and Rachel (3.15) - have combined for 6.66 kills per set for Haverford, while F&M's Nicole Morano (2.70) and Kerry Rom (2.64) have combined for 5.34. Ursinus at Muhlenberg (Field Hockey)
The fourth-ranked Bears (3-0 CC, 9-2) travel to Allentown to take on the Mules (2-1, 6-3). Ursinus is 7-0 all-time against 'Berg, including three straight shutout wins. Muhlenberg is one of four one-loss teams in Centennial play and can send a statement to the Conference with a victory.
