Five-Star Matchups

Ursinus at Gettysburg (Men's Basketball)
The undefeated Bullets (1-0, 4-0) welcome the Bears (1-0, 3-1) to Bream Gymnasium looking to improve on their best start since the 2001-02 squad opened the year with eight consecutive wins. Two of the Conference's top players will be on display in Gettysburg junior G Dan Capkin (23.5 ppg.) and Ursinus senior wing Nick Shattuck (22.3 ppg.) - both first-team All-CC selections in 2007. This is the 51st meeting between the two schools with Gettysburg holding a 33-17 lead, despite a six-game win streak by the Bears. The Bullets have not defeated UC at Bream since 2004 (81-73).

Haverford at McDaniel (Men's Basketball)
The Green Terror (1-0, 4-0) looks to continue its best start since the 1981-82 campaign when it welcomes the Fords (1-0, 2-4) to the Gill Center. McDaniel is led by junior F Chad Arrington, who is averaging a double-double with 11.0 points and 13.0 rebounds per outing. Haverford looks to junior G Chaz Thomas (pictured) who is averaging 13.2 points per contest. The Fords have won five straight in the series to forge a 15-12 advantage. McDaniel's lone win in the last nine contests was a home triumph in 2005 (76-70).
