"Finals" Saturday
Major League Baseball has the "World Series." The NFL has its "Super Bowl." The NHL has its "Stanley Cup," and the NBA has "The Finals." Well, the Centennial Conference has its version of "The Finals," although they happen twice a year and don't just involve the top teams, they involve everyone. Yes, it's final examination time at our campuses and today is the final go-round before our students get down to the real business of college. The men have a full slate of five games, highlighted by a pair of 2-1 teams matching up in Lancaster as Haverford visits Franklin & Marshall. We'll be there bringing you live video coverage of the contest. On the women's side, there are three CC games, while two other teams head out-of-state. Johns Hopkins travels to Illinois to take on #25 Chicago, while Dickinson heads to Connecticut to meet Mitchell College at the Mohegan Sun resort.
