One of the top women's tennis matches of the Centennial season takes place today in Chestertown as Washington College (1-0 CC, 9-1) plays host to two-time defending champion Johns Hopkins (0-0, 1-3). The Blue Jays are ranked 21st nationally and
sixth in the Atlantic South region, while the Shorewomen are slotted at No. 12 in the region. Hopkins has two singles players ranked in the region's top 15 in Carolyn Warren (#11) and Anita Bhamidipati (#15), while the doubles team of Warren and Brittany Matava are ranked 10th regionally. Washington's top player is freshman Brittany Marshall who is 11-1 on the season.
