Opening Night

It's opening night for the Centennial portion of the 2006-07 men's basketball schedule. Four games are on the docket, including the 193rd meeting between Gettysburg and Franklin & Marshall. The Bullets lead the all-time series, 102-90, but the Diplomats have won 22 of 29 tilts since the formation of the CC. Dickinson travels to McDaniel for the 96th renewal of their long rivalry. Tonight is the 50th meeting between Haverford and Muhlenberg, while Johns Hopkins and Swarthmore meet for the 93rd time. It's Tuesday Night LIVE

... as the 2007 Centennial Conference women's basketball schedule tips off with four contests. The Centennial Conference Basketball Network (CCBN) will bring you live coverage of the Gettysburg-Franklin & Marshall tilt beginning at 5:50 p.m. We're planning on audio and video ... as they are on the Main Line as Haverford plays host to Dickinson starting at 6 p.m.
You can get live play-by-play of the Swarthmore-Ursinus game which tips at 6 p.m.; the McDaniel-Lebanon Valley game at 7:30, and the Washington-Chestnut Hill game at 8 p.m.. while getting score updates from the Muhlenberg-Bryn Mawr contest here on the score blog.

On the men's side, CCBN will also provide live coverage of the Lebanon Valley-F&M game which has an 8 p.m. tip, while also catching audio and video of Haverford-Catholic. You can get live stats and play-by-play for the following games: 5:00 - Johns Hopkins-St. Mary's. 6:00 - Dickinson-Washington & Lee. 7:30 - Hood at McDaniel. 8:00 - Drew at Muhlenberg
